Full Circle Global Mentoring Creates a Global Mentoring Community
(Chicago, IL), July 1st, 2006 - Full Circle Global Mentoring, or FCGM, (www.FullCircleGlobalMentoring.com), a unique new organization designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs and struggling business owners achieve financial freedom, marks the celebration of its official launch on Canada Day - July 1st, 2006 - just three days prior to Independence Day here in the U.S. FCGM partners experienced business professionals, who are successfully operating businesses, with aspiring entrepreneurs or struggling existing business owners. The program promotes a global entrepreneurial initiative by guiding, encouraging and empowering would-be entrepreneurs and small business owners around the world.
\"My goal is to provide a secure and professional virtual platform that will allow Business Mentors and their Mentees to enrich each other's lives," Founder/CEO Scharlene Redway shares. Redway's concept for Full Circle Global Mentoring is the result of the frustration she experienced as a first time business owner unable to connect with suitable mentors. In November of 2005 she made a commitment to help other individuals who want out of the corporate rat race by using an "Each one, teach one" philosophy. Her goal is to help others develop businesses born from a personal passion - not just the necessity of day-to-day living.
Redway began aggressively building Full Circle Global Mentoring through dynamic networking within a number of organizations with a completely virtual presence. Through these connections she was able to build a team of founding members and a dedicated volunteer support team - including Professional Coaches, Virtual Assistants, a Relationship Banker, Virtual Receptionist, Copywriter and Paralegal - that have been instrumental in translating the FCGM concept into a much-needed reality.
Membership to the FCGM community includes business development workshops, seminars, and coaching services delivered by veteran speakers, in addition to access to private business funding.
